Fees
Listing is free. You only pay when a deal closes: a flat 3% Shaida fee, split equally between buyer and seller, plus Escrow.com's own fee, also split equally. Closing through Escrow.com is coming soon, so nothing is charged yet.

| Shaida closing fee | 3% of the price, split 50/50 |
| Escrow.com fee | Set by Escrow.com, split 50/50 |
An example: a $10,000 sale
The Shaida fee is $300 in total. The buyer pays $150 and the seller pays $150, both taken through the escrow transaction.
Escrow.com adds its own fee, which depends on the size of the deal. Their fee calculator shows the exact amount, and it is also split equally.
When Escrow.com pays the seller out, it charges a disbursement fee for the transfer. International wires currently cost about $20.
When you pay
All fees are paid at closing, inside the escrow transaction. There are no separate invoices, and if a deal doesn't close, you don't pay Shaida anything.
The total is shown on the Escrow tab before either side confirms, so there are no surprises.
What Shaida never does
Shaida doesn't hold your money. Escrow.com, a licensed escrow provider, holds the buyer's payment until the buyer confirms the assets arrived.
