Use the Report button on the other party's card in the deal panel. Our team reviews every report. If something looks like fraud, or someone asks you to pay outside the escrow, report it before you send any money.

Once escrow opens, the buyer's payment, the identity checks and the payout are handled by Escrow.com, so questions about those go to Escrow.com support. If they can't help, or the escrow looks stuck, tell us and we will look into it.
