Why sell on Shaida

Buyers pay more attention to numbers they can check. Shaida reads your revenue straight from your payment provider, then gives you everything to close the sale in one place.

Revenue buyers can trust

Your revenue comes from Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, Paddle or Polar directly, not from a screenshot or a number you typed. Buyers see a verified listing and a history, and unverified startups can't be sold at all.

No secret key for Paystack and Flutterwave

Connect with a webhook URL. We never ask for a key that can move your money when a safer option exists, and for providers that need a key we use a read-only one where they offer it.

The whole deal in one place

Message buyers, sign an NDA, agree a Letter of Intent, and let the buyer check your Paystack history through a view-only role. Then sign the Asset Purchase Agreement. Closing through Escrow.com is coming soon. Documents are generated from the terms you both agree, and you get a signed PDF at the end.

Stay private until you're ready

List anonymously and Shaida hides your name, logo, website and founder profile from the public. Buyers still see the verified numbers.

Fees that only apply when you close

Listing is free. When a deal closes, Shaida takes 3%, split with the buyer, plus Escrow.com's fee once escrow opens. Nothing is due if the deal doesn't close. See the fees.

Built where verification is hardest

Shaida started by verifying African startups through Paystack and Flutterwave, where revenue claims are usually the hardest to trust. The same checks apply to every startup we list.

One thing to know: when escrow opens, Escrow.com won't be able to pay bank accounts in some countries, including Nigeria. Sellers there need a bank account in a supported country to receive the funds. See the FAQ.
